Yo Yo YO! It’s that time again!
KMNR, 89.7FM, Your lovely Campus College Radio station, is hosting its second annual Masquerave, A night of music, dancing, and fun! Some crazy beats will be dropped by those cool cats from whitefolksgetcrunk.com. DJ RealJuicy is bringing his kickin cohorts, DJ Get Silly and DJ McFly, down to Rolla for a killer hiphop electro mix. You DO NOT want to miss this event! There is no reason you should miss this event. Come down to the MooseLodge on Martin Springs Drive
Let’s break it down on why you shouldn’t miss out
1. The Event is FREE, absolutely FREE, no cover charge.
2. Free Transportation from Altman, TJ, the RC2. Starting at 8pm
3. Great electronic dancing music!
4. If you get thirsty we have a cashbar for ‘adults’ and Free water bottles!
5. Are four reasons good enough?
6. You have nothing to do this friday night that will compare to the fun you’ll have at MasqueRave
7. ALL your friends are going
Anyway, It’s gonna be a fun night. Come dance the night away!

ST Pat's Kick Off!

That’s right. KMNR Rolla 89.7FM is doing it again, MST Student Union Board is making it loud n’ shiny, and three awesome DJ’s are going to melt faces. Come to The Rolla Knights of Columbus banquet hall off of HWY 72 on March 5th to witness the ultimate kickoff to the 102nd Best Ever St. Pat’s celebration.

KMNR is hosting the first ever MasqueRAVE on April 24th at the Lion’s Club! DJ C-Vaughn is coming straight from KC to spin some sweet electronic dance music for all of you all through the night! Doors open at 9pm—bring a mask and bring a friend! We’ll have a few masks on hand at the door if you don’t have one, but we’ll be having a contest for the most fabulous homemade masks!
Worried about how you’re going to get there? Don’t worry! KMNR has FREE SHUTTLE SERVICES all night! Pickups are at each reshall parking lot every half hour: Residential College 2 lot, Altman lot, and TJ West lot.
And of course, since this is a KMNR event, ADMISSION IS FREE!

2008 Glitterball!

The bands have been confirmed and KMNR’s Glitterball for 2008 is ready to rock!
Admission is free for everyone who wants to come get their socks rocked off. Make sure to come out to support your campus free-format radio station!
Bands: Disturbing Lou, Tommy Andrews Band, The Redwalls
Where: The Miner Rec building on the Missouri S&T campus (across 10th St. from Multipurpose)
When: Friday April 18th, doors open at 8PM, party starts at 9.
