KMNR Trainee interviews start this evening! We have gotten a lot of questions about what we are looking for in our applicants. Honestly we don’t care much about what kind of music you want to play on air, we are looking to get to know you and why you think you want to be a part of the station! We want to know how you can hold up under pressure, and your ability to have enjoy yourself during the interview. This is a casual interview just come as you are. We have upward of 50 people signed up, good luck and see you all later!
