Get ready for KMNR’s Annual FREE Halloween Concert at The Moose Lodge in Rolla, MO. Concert starts at 8:00 pm and there will be a shuttle leaving every 30 minutes from The Havener parking lot starting at 7:30 pm. Dress up to compete in our costume contest!
